Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from
Island Metalworks. Feel free to examine any purchases for 30 days and if
not completely satisfied, simply return it for a prompt, no hassle
refund (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Warranty
We warranty our re-orderable jewelry to be free
from defects in materials or workmanship for one year. If any item
fails, we will repair or replace it for free, at our discretion. Our custom designed jewelry
carries a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not apply to
loss of stones, breakage of stones, durability of surface textures and
treatments or any abuse, misuse or mistreatment of any item beyond what
is considered normal usage. Everyday wear and tear is also specifically
excluded from warranty coverage. Island Metalworks will not be liable
for any consequential damages over and above the original purchase price
of any item. To the Trade

jewelry, medals, awards and many unique items. We regularly provide
these services on a wholesale basis. Quotes on specific items or
