Sapphire and Diamond Ring (18K) This unusual piece was carved from wax, then cast in 18K yellow gold. The 1.81 ct marquee sapphire is hammer set between the raised edges of the ring with the two trillion diamonds totaling .63 ct flush set into the shank. The heavily textured shank and high polished edges add a great feeling of depth to this ring.
